Friday March 22, 2019
0800-1100 Host units advance groups arrive.
1100-1200 Billets and camping area’s prepped.
1200-1300 Host units prep maneuver area’s.
1300-1400 Host units prep for Reenactor and vehicle arrival.
1400-2100 Reenactor registration and vehicle inspection. (Note #2,#3)
2100-2200 Axis/Allied event commanders meeting Admin Build.
1400-2300 Axis/Allied units prep for event.
2200-0600 Main gate closed
2300-0600 Quiet time-Lights out.
Saturday March 23, 2019
0600-0745 Main gate open-morning late registration. (Note #2)
0600-0745 Wake up, event prep, movement to S&A formation. (Note #3)
0800-0900 S&A formation/inspection, event host presentations, vehicle organization.
0900-0915 Units move to Battlefield starting points.
0930-1630 Tactical Battles, scenario’s 1,2, & 3. (Note #3, #5)
1630-1700 End of tactical battles, movement to cantonment area.
1700-1800 Clean up, personal hygiene, meal prep.
1800-1930 Event dinner provided by hosting units. (Note #4)
1930-2330 Unit social time.
2300-0700 Main gate closed-Quiet time-Lights out
Sunday March 24, 2019
0700-1400 Host units event close out.
0700-0930 Reenactor wake up, tear down/cleanup (note #3)
0800-1300 Site cleanup, campsite/barrack inspection by host units.
1330-1400 Official training site checkout with WSTS Representative
ADDENDUM REGARDING PARKING/ VEHICLE USAGE:
Light wheeled vehicles, halftracks and other armor permitted only with prior approval from the event coordinator(s).
POVs will be parked in designated parking. POVs will be allowed to park temporarily in front of barracks for check in and equipment unloading only.
Trailers will be parked in designated parking. Military vehicles once unloaded will be allowed to park in front of the barracks.
Military vehicle drivers will provide proof of insurance and must have a DOT approved fire extinguisher in their vehicle at all times.
Max vehicle speed on roadways will be 20 MPH or as posted. Max speed around buildings or structures is 5 MP.
Troops will not ride on the exterior of armored vehicles. Anyone found traveling in such a manner will be asked to leave the event.
All vehicles (except motorcycles) will be required to have a ground guide when backing up.
Vehicle headlights will be used when traveling during hours of darkness or during inclement weather. Vehicles will only use established roadways for travel. Vehicles WILL NOT travel “Off Road” or “Cross Country”. Anyone found traveling in such a manner will be asked to leave the event. Drivers will be required to repair any serious “divots” or “ruts” created by their vehicle
It is understood that drivers/ units who participate in this event with vehicles that typically transport troops will assist the Host Unit(s) move troops around the battle field as needed.

Special Notes for event schedule:
(1) All times are estimates
(2) Once the gate closes, no entry will be allowed to WSTS.
(3) All units/Individuals will be responsible for all meals except host units provided dinner on Saturday evening.
(4) Host units provide dinner on Saturday evening.
(5) Separate Scenario schedule will be provided to unit commanders during event brief.
